1.Take a Deep Breath

Whenever you’re feeling dizzy, the first thing to do is stop and take a deep breath. This old art form is a great way to clear your mind, rev up your circulation, and calm your spirit. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your back straight, and your eyes looking forward, rest your arms at your sides. Keeping relaxed and breathing regularly throughout gently raise your arms out in front of you, letting your wrists and fingers hang limply. As your wrists reach shoulder height, gently stretch your fingers as you bend your elbows and draw your arms back towards the body, with wrists at shoulder height. Drop your arms until it rests conveniently at your sides. Repeat five times.
